Pest Prevention: Comprehensive inspections denote entry points, conducive conditions and sanitation upgrades and corrections. These conditions are noted in writing in an objective “observation report.”
Comprehensive: “Low environment impact” methods of elimination that thoroughly remove any existing crawling insects or rodent pests.
Drains and Grease Traps are serviced to eliminate pest and micro-organisms breeding areas.
Flying Insects are prevented and/or eliminated with mechanical alterations and electric food grade traps. Remedies are often simple housekeeping or sanitation changes.
Bird and Wild Animal Removal Services require the expertise of licensed wildlife managers. Our staff has been preventing and removing wild animal invasions for decades. Our humane techniques are preferred methods of removal such as live traps and building-out formats.

§ Ensure proper preparation for treatment was performed prior to service.
§ Bait cracks, crevices and interior perimeters of cabinets
§ Apply a crack & crevice liquid application on all floor to wall perimeters
§ Inject doorways, wall cracks and holes with powder
§ Vacuum Cupboards with treatment of large or high level infestations
§ Treat refrigerator and appliances
· Open kick plates and/or remove bottom drawers of appliances and inject small appliance motors
§ Dust drains and plumbing
§ Exterior Treatment
· Doors, Eves, windows, foundation
o Remove cobwebs
§ Provide documented recommendations to client for follow up preparation and services
§ BE PREPARED FOR RODENT CONTROL
· SEVERAL DIFFERENT PRODUCTS AND TOOLS TO BE USED
o Must know if children and pets on site
§ Inspect all rodent devices (technician will document all stations in which service was performed and location)
§ Clean, sign, date Tin-Cats, RT-U’s, and Exterior Devices
§ Inspect/Bait Rat traps (T-Rex-Victor)
§ Rodent diagram review if possible
§ Inspect attic, crawl space, and plumbing accesses. Remember rodent devices should be retrievable on placement and service.
§ Bait placement in areas NOT reachable by children and pets, i.e.: behind a refrigerator, under a false bottom of kitchen cabinet, behind or under a stove. NOTE: If no children or pets are involved bait where stations are not openly seen. Bait MUST always be in a locked station, never loose.
